Refund policy

Before placing your order please ensure someone will be available to accept your box!  We will not be held responsible or provide a refund for missing or stolen boxes. (see our shipping policy for more information regarding shipping/delivery).

We do not accept refunds/ exchanges for change of mind once your order has been placed.

Once your order has been fulfilled and ready to be delivered we will not accept refund requests. 

If you request to pick your order up or specify a delivery date, you are welcome to cancel your order minus the delivery fee within 48 hours of the expected pickup/delivery date.
